RESERVATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: When you make a nightly rental reservation, you can cancel up to seven (30) days prior to arrival for any reason with no penalties to be used at any other date at your convenience.
Cancellations less than 30 days’ notice will result in a loss of 50% of the payment to be used at a later date to your convenience.
Cancellations on the day of arrival or during the stay forfeit all monies paid.
All fees & terms are subject to change without notice.
Check-in Policy:
Check in is at 2:00 pm. However once the room is available and ready you will be allowed to check in before the stipulated time.
Checkout Policy:
Check out is at 12:00 noon. Any incidentals incurred during your stay are due at the time of checkout. A late check-out penalty will be charged for any guest staying past the checkout time.
